Professional Presence & Dining Savvy
How to Stand Apart at Work … Transforming “Fine” to Fabulous!
Competition is fierce and being people-oriented helps drive success. The Boston Estate Planning Council recognizes this and is proud to offer an event on Professional Etiquette – Professional Presence & Dining Savvy – a training and development program consisting of key concepts and nuances related to professional presence and first impressions to help you project the highest levels of professionalism.
Social skills in business are not only an art, but an exact and precise science that must be defined, coached, rehearsed, practiced, and ultimately mastered. Led by Judy Bowman of Protocol Consultants International, this program will give you the tools to fine-tune necessary people skills that are critical to excelling. This program is focused not only on client service, but also career development. It is based on the premise that “Nuances Matter” and that one’s behavior at the outset with peers, management, and clients can distinguish professionals and advance relationships.
Join us for a program and dinner starting at 3:30pm on October 18, 2017 at the UMass Club of Boston and continue your professional and personal development!
