The Council Outreach Committee invites you to attend this morning session to learn more about the qualifications for and many benefits of the Accredited Estate Planner® designation (AEP®), and to speak with members who already have the AEP®.  If you are a recent AEP® designee who would like to learn more about the benefits, the committee welcomes your attendance as well.

Event Description:

The AEP® is a graduate level specialization in estate planning, obtained in addition to already recognized professional credentials within the various disciplines of estate planning. It is awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) to recognize estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation, and character, and who commit to the team concept of estate planning. Each year BEPC makes recommendations to NAEPC regarding qualified members with at least 15 years of estate planning experience who may qualify for the AEP®.  In addition to BEPC’s own nominations, there are other ways to obtain the AEP® designation, which will be explained at this session.
