Off-Site Parking - Copley Place Garage (0.1 Miles)

• IMPORTANT: If you parked in the LAZ Copley Place Garage (.1 miles), please follow signs to Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel Lobby. Once you have arrived in the lobby, you will take the escalators up to the fourth floor. Please proceed to the registration desk at the top of the escalators to pick up your name badge.
• Discounted parking is available at the LAZ Copley Place Garage for $16.00. Stickers for your ticket are available at registration. (Discounts may vary - depending on time of entrance.)
  

Rideshare Information

BEPC encourages guests to utilize Uber or Lyft to attend this year's event. 

Uber Vouchers for $25 off your ride, courtesy of the Rideshare Sponsor Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP, are available.

Please note - only one voucher to be used per attendee and can only be used on May 16th, 2024.
