Event Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Event Cancellations

Unless specifically stated on an event registration webpage or form, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket at a fee-based event is three business days (72 hours) prior to the event. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to bepc@bepc.org. Attendee refunds are subject to a processing fee. 

BEPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event not beneficial to its attendees and members. If BEPC cancels an event, registrants, will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new future date.

 

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend and event after the 72-hour cancellation deadline, you may substitute a colleague for your registration. Substitutions must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the event. All substitutions must be received in writing via email to bepc@bepc.org

 

Annual Gala Refunds and Cancellations

The deadline to receive a full refund is seven business days prior to the event. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email at bepc@bepc.org. Refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

 

Annual Gala Substitutions

A registrant may send a substitute person to the Annual Gala in his/her place. Requests for substitutions should be sent in writing by email to bepc@bepc.org. No changes to meal selection or table assignments may be made less than seven business days prior to the Annual Gala. 

 

Annual Gala Onsite Registrations

Attendees are strongly encouraged to register in advance of the Annual Gala. Onsite registration is available; however, meal selection cannot be guaranteed. Table assignments for onsite registrants will be issued based on availability.
