|Event Cancellation and Substitution Policy|
Unless specifically stated on an event registration webpage or form, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket at a fee-based event is three business days (72 hours) prior to the event. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Attendee refunds are subject to a processing fee.
BEPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event not beneficial to its attendees and members. If BEPC cancels an event, registrants, will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new future date.
If you are unable to attend and event after the 72-hour cancellation deadline, you may substitute a colleague for your registration. Substitutions must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the event. All substitutions must be received in writing via email to email@example.com.
