IMPORTANT: The BEPC Annual Gala will be held on the 4th floor. You can take the escalator or the elevator up. Please proceed to the registration desk in the Grand Ballroom Pre-function area at the top of the escalators to pick up your name badge. There will be a coat/bag check in the Provincetown Room, on the opposite side of the floor.

Overnight Accommodations

Venue Parking

Onsite Parking: Choose from either valet with in/out privileges at $75.00 per day or park at the Copley Place Garage at a discounted rate of $16.00 if you enter after 5:00 pm (pricing subject to change).
