What: A special night honoring BEPC's 2021 Excellence Award recipient, the annual transition of leadership, and the annual President's Award recipient.

Tickets: $50 per person. The first 300 attendees to register will receive a $20 gift card to order food and/or beverage and have it delivered directly to them from a local business of their choosing. 

Dress Code: Business, leisure wear, cocktail, semi-formal, pajamas, black tie,  - surprise us!

Red Carpet: Let's have some fun! Send us your photos and videos to be part of BEPC's red carpet entrance. This is whimsical; we look forward to receiving a variety of  photos or videos that will be merged together into 1 video and shown at the start of the Gala. The deadline to submit is April 23rd at 5:00pm. 

Experiential Sessions: The evening includes a variety of sessions. Some are interactive, some are family-friendly, and some are for you to enjoy while having your dinner. Be sure to sign up early to secure your preferred session - space is limited! 

** Shipping Information: Vendors are currently putting together all session materials to be sent out by next week! If you have signed up for a session that supplies will be shipped to your door, you will receive tracking information emailed to the address you provided at time of registration.

Post-event Networking: We will keep the live Zoom line open from 7:30pm-8:00pm so you can visit with other members and our sponsors. We will also have a special breakout room just for new members.

Registration Close Date: To provide you with superb experiential sessions, registration closes on April 30, 2021. If you choose to register after this date, the price will remain the same but registrants will not receive any of the products associated with the sessions. No exceptions.
