Spin and Sip

Presented by the Women's Initiative Committee

Come get fit, have fun, and get to know your BEPC colleagues on a more personal level in an entertaining, half hour spin class at Republic Fitness followed by drinks and appetizers.  All fitness levels are encouraged to take part.  

Locker rooms and showers are available.  Spin shoes are not required, but do wear your fitness gear!

This event has a max capacity of 35 attendees. If registration reaches full capacity, you can be placed on a waitlist in the case of a cancellation by emailing

4:30pm-4:45pm Bike setup and spin introduction for beginners
4:45pm-5:15pm  Spin class
5:15pm-6:30pm  Networking Reception with drinks and appetizers from the Palm
