William F. Leisman, III is the president and founder of Leisman Insurance Agency, Inc., an independent insurance agency focused on estate and business planning for high-net worth families and individuals. Over his 43 year career, Bill has served as an advisor for more than one thousand individuals, families and businesses. The strong relationships Bill and his firm have developed with top rated insurance carriers allow Bill to focus on delivering his clients and their advisors cost-efficient solutions, flexible policy design, product diversification and competitive underwriting results. Through Bill's efforts, more than 800 insurance trusts have been funded with over $5 billion of life insurance, providing his clients necessary business and estate planning liquidity.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in 1972, Bill immediately started his career as a life insurance agent. He qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) his first year in business and he joined MDRT's elite Top of the Table ranks at the age of 28. Bill is an active member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU). He holds his Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and his Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designations. As one of the youngest members at the time, Bill joined the Boston Estate Planning Council in 1976. Since then, Bill served as a director of BEPC from 1996 to 1998, he was elected as an officer of the organization in 2003 and proudly served as the BEPC president from 2005 to 2006.
