Event Details

Join us for a day of sport, networking, and summer fun at the BEPC Summer Invitational on Monday, July 14, 2025, at the prestigious Woodland Golf Club in Newton, MA.

We welcome players of all skill levels! Sign up as an individual or a foursome to enjoy a round of golf on this beautiful course.

Not a golfer? No problem! We offer additional ticket options for access to a golf clinic, the racquet club, or our exclusive networking reception.

About the Course: Woodland Golf Club's beautifully maintained 18-hole golf course provides challenge and intrigue for players of all skills. Woodland offers both difficult and safe options with countless opportunities to make that epic shot.

Run of the Day

10:00am - 10:45am: Warm Up and 18-hole Registration

10:00am - 10:45am: Create your own Boxed Lunch                     

10:45am - 11:00am: Golfers to Their Carts

11:00am - 4:00pm: 18-hole Tournament Shot Gun Start

1:00pm - 4:00pm: Racquet Club - Pickleball and/or Tennis Round Robin

2:30pm - 4:00pm: Golf Clinic (Full Swing, Putting, and Chipping)

4:30pm - 6:30pm: Networking Reception (Heavy Appetizers, Beverages, and Networking)

5:45pm - 6:00pm: Announcements, Remarks, and Awards

Golf Registration Information

Single Player Ticket*:

  • 18-hole: $350.00

*If you would like to register as an individual, but would like to be matched up with specific individuals for a foursome, please include all names of the players in the registration form. Each player must individually register for the outing.

Ticket includes:

  • Boxed Lunch (18-hole golfers only)
  • Golf tournament
  • Networking reception

Format: The 18-hole is a scramble format.

Prizes and Contests: Longest drive, closest pin, hole-in-one, and more.

Foursome Ticket: 

Sign up with three of your friends as a foursome to compete in the tournament.

  • 18-hole: $1,400.00

Club Rentals: 

If you need to rent clubs, please contact the Woodland Golf Club Pro Shop directly at 617-527-1900 x1 to reserve clubs. A limited number of rentals are available. Golfers will pay rental fees directly at the pro shop, $50.00 rental fees.

Not a Golfer? Choose Your Way to Attend

Participate in a round robin of tennis and/or pickleball for some friendly competition, from 1:00pm-4:00pm. If you'd rather keep it simple, you can opt to attend just the evening reception. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to connect and have fun!

Space is limited for these activities!

  • Golf Clinic and Reception Ticket: $125.00
    • Register for the golf clinic to refine your full swing, putting, and chipping skills, followed by the evening social.
  • Racquet Club (Tennis/Pickleball Round Robin) and Reception Ticket:  $125.00
    • Register for an afternoon of round robin play of tennis or pickleball followed by the evening social. Bring your ace serves and dink shots!

  • Networking Reception Only Ticket: $60.00
    • If you’d rather just enjoy some afternoon drinks at the club, then register to attend the evening social. Catch up with everyone who hit the links and the courts and celebrate the winning players.

To register solely for the racquet club, golf clinic, or networking reception, please use the individual registration site. Under "Attendee Selections," select the corresponding ticket.

Help us donate professional clothing to Tailored for Success' Career Closet! These clothing donations will help empower job seekers with confidence and dignity as they prepare for employment. They partner with corporations, groups and retailers to obtain clothing that is current, dry-cleaned and in excellent condition. 

No need to clean out your closet, just donate a few of your best pieces that are ready for a new home.

Dress Code & House Rules
  • Smart Casual Attire is required in all dining areas of the club. In choosing one’s attire, attendees are requested to use reasonable judgment to maintain the decorum of the Club.
  • Throughout the clubhouse and grounds, men are required to wear collared shirts.  Men’s shirts must be tucked in at all times. Dress shirts designed to be untucked are permitted in the Clubhouse.
  • Denim – which includes blue and other colored jeans, dungarees, denim shorts, skirts, or jackets – is not permitted throughout the Clubhouse or anywhere on Club grounds. White denim is allowed. Attire that is torn, frayed, mottled, or cut off is not permitted.
  • Golf and other hats, hooded sweatshirts/hoodies, bandanas and visors are not appropriate attire to be worn in the clubhouse.  Baseball type caps, hats, bandanas and visors are not appropriate attire. 
  • Woodland Golf Club is a soft spike only course. Our Pro Shop will change player’s metal spikes to soft spikes for a fee. Street shoes are not permitted on the golf course.
  • Guests must abide by the same dress code as country club members.
