The Council’s networking activities are an important means for our more than 800 members to meet each other, to learn about the broad range of practices represented in our membership, and to benefit both themselves and their clients through increased awareness and interaction of their overlapping specialties. The BEPC offers many in-person networking opportunities throughout the year, ranging from small focused seminars and educational programs to organization-wide special events. Some events are open to non-members as well as members. Members can also get in touch with each other individually through the BEPC's online Membership Directory A helpful avenue for answering questions and engaging in online dialogue about professional topics and issues is participation in the BEPC's Discussion Forums. Finally, engaging in the work of the BEPC through our various Committees enables members to contribute their expertise to the development of the field and to help build value for the organization and the community. |
