Please join us at the Blue Hills Country Club on July 11, 2022 for our Annual Golf Outing. We welcome all levels of play. You can sign up as an individual or a foursome. This course boasts two tracks, each unique in its nature and deserving of praise. You have the option to register for the 9-hole or 18-hole track. Tickets are available for those who are not golfers but wish to attend the cocktail reception.  *Registration closes on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 5:00pm ET.*


Run of the Day:

11:00am - 12:30pm:     Warm Up and 18-hole Registration

11:00am - 12:30pm:     Boxed Lunch (18-hole golfers only)

12:30pm:                         18-hole Tournament Shot Gun Start

1:30pm - 2:15pm:         Warm Up and 9-hole Registration

2:30pm:                          9-hole Golf Tournament Shot Gun Start 

6:00pm - 8:00pm:        Evening Cocktail Reception (Heavy Appetizers, Beverages, and Networking!)

Registration Information:

Single Player Ticket*:

  • 18-hole: $250
  • 9-hole: $125

*If you would like to register as an individual, but would like to be matched up with specific individuals for a foursome, please include all names of the players in the registration form. Each player must individually register for the outing. 

Ticket includes:

  • Boxed Lunch (18-hole golfers only)
  • Golf Tournament
  • Evening Cocktail Reception

Format: The 18- & 9-hole course will be a scramble format.

Sign up with three of your friends as a foursome to compete in the tournament.

  • 18-hole: $1,000
  • 9-hole: $500

Not a golfer? Register for the evening cocktail reception. Enjoy food, drinks, and networking at Blue Hills Country Club on a summer night.

Evening Cocktail Reception Only Ticket: $50

To register for the Cocktail Reception only, please register through the individual registration site. Under Attendee Selections, please select the Cocktail Reception Only option. 


Dress Code & House Rules

  • Smart Casual Attire is required in all dining areas of the club.  Slacks are suggested for men. Bermuda length shorts are permitted from the first day of April through the end of October.
  • Throughout the clubhouse and grounds, men are required to wear collared shirts.  Men’s shirts must be tucked in at all times.
  • Smart, dress “Hawaiian-type” shirts and women’s shirts designed to be worn over the waist, without tucking in, are allowed.  In choosing to wear this attire, please use reasonable judgment in order to maintain the decorum of the Club.
  • Denim in any form (e.g. jeans, dungarees, etc.) is not permitted in the clubhouse or on the grounds.  Golf and other hats, hooded sweatshirts/hoodies, bandanas and visors are not appropriate attire to be worn in the clubhouse.  Baseball type caps, hats, bandanas and visors are not appropriate attire.
  • Guests must abide by the same dress code as members.

Important Event Information

The health and safety of our members and guests is important to BEPC. Following in-depth discussions, research and guidance from industry professionals, and the data secured via surveys within the membership, BEPC’s Board of Directors enacted the following requirements for participation at in-person BEPC events. In addition, BEPC will also comply with all venue and government mandates (e.g., mask mandates, limits on gathering sizes, presenting vaccination cards, etc.).

For all events at a venue or locality with vaccine mandates, all attendees must present proof of vaccination onsite upon arrival at the event. Verification of vaccination may be done with:

  • A CDC vaccination card
  • A digital image of your CDC card
  • An image of any official immunization record
  • A BEPC designated app or any other COVID vaccine verification app

For all events at a venue or locality that does not require proof vaccination, BEPC requires all attendees to complete a digital health clearance prior to attending the event. Attendees must submit proof of their COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to the event start date. Once registered, attendees will receive additional information on how to complete their digital health clearance through CrowdPass.

  • All attendees must accept BEPC's Acknowledgement of Personal Responsibility Form.

  • Members are required to wear masks indoors unless actively eating or drinking, if requested by venue, City of Canton, or State of Massachusetts.

  • Members must provide proof of at least one dose of vaccination against COVID19 with a matching government-issued ID, if requested by venue, City of Canton, or State of Massachusetts.

  • Members must provide proof of of full vaccination against COVID19 with a matching government-issued ID, if requested by venue, City of Canton, or State of Massachusetts. 

  • BEPC will require attendees at its in-person events to adhere to good personal hygiene and infection control practices, including;
    • Members are required to wear masks indoors, if requested by venue, City of Canton, or State of Massachusetts.
    • Members are required to show their vaccination cards if requested by venue, City of Canton, or State of Massachusetts.
    • Members are not required to wear masks outside. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask outdoors, please do so.
    • Members are required to cover coughs and sneezes, with a tissue or an elbow if possible.
    • Members are recommended not to touch their eyes, nose, or mouth during events to the extent possible.
    • Members are recommended to frequently and thoroughly wash or sanitize their hands. Members should sanitize their hands upon arriving at an event, and upon departing the event. 
    • Venue will provide attendees with a place to wash their hands. BEPC will also provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol at its events for use by its members and  guest, located at registration.

BEPC will not permit attendees at any event that are openly displaying signs of illness to enter the event or remain at it and requires that members not attend BEPC events  if they are sick, have been sick within the 14 days leading up to the event, have come into contact with anyone who is sick or have traveled to states not listed on the Massachusetts Governor’s approved travel list.

All attendees will be asked to accept the Acknowledgement of Personal Responsibility Form. Coming Soon!
