2024 Annual Golf Outing

Please join us at the Woodland Golf Club, Newton, MA, on July 15, 2024 for our Annual Golf Outing. We welcome all levels of play. You can sign up as an individual or a foursome. Tickets are available for those who are not golfers but wish to attend a golf clinic, or attend the evening reception.  

Woodland Golf Club's beautifully maintained 18-hole golf course provides challenge and intrigue for players of all skills. Woodland offers both difficult and safe options with countless opportunities to make that epic shot.

Run of the Day:

11:00am - 12:45pm:      Warm Up and 18-hole Registration

11:30am - 12:45pm:     Lunch Buffet

12:45pm - 1:00pm              Golfers to Their Carts

1:00pm - 6:00pm:          18-hole Tournament Shot Gun Start

3:30pm - 5:30pm:      Golf Clinic Begins (Full Swing, Putting, and Chipping)

6:00pm - 8:00pm:        Evening Reception (Heavy Appetizers, Beverages, and Networking!)

6:45pm - 7:00pm:        Announcements, Remarks, and Awards

Registration Information:

Foursome Ticket: 

Sign up with three of your friends as a foursome to compete in the tournament.

• 18-hole: $1,200.00

Ticket includes:

• Lunch Buffet (18-hole golfers only)
• Golf Tournament
• Evening Networking Reception

Format: The 18-hole is a Scramble format.

Prizes and Contests: Longest drive, closest pin, hole-in-one, and more.

Important! If you are unable to attend, please contact bepc@bepc.org so all players can be matched up prior to the Outing and avoid any last minute fees. 

Single Player Ticket*:

• 18-hole: $300.00
  

*If you would like to register as an individual, but would like to be matched up with specific individuals for a foursome, please include all names of the players in the registration form. Each player must individually register for the outing.

Not a Golfer? Still Want to Attend? 

BEPC is presenting more options for involvement on July 15th. Sign up for the Golf Clinic covering Full Swing, Putting, and Chipping, followed by the evening reception. Alternatively, you can simply attend the evening reception.

The Clinic is scheduled from 3:00pm to 6:00pm (times subject to change), contingent upon the number of registered players. Space is limited for these activities!

• Golf Clinic and Evening Reception Only Ticket: $125.00
• Round Robin (Tennis/Pickleball) and Evening Reception Only Ticket: $125.00 Cancelled
• Event Reception Only Ticket: $50.00

To register for the Golf Clinic or Cocktail Reception only, please register through the individual registration site. 

Dress Code & House Rules

• Smart Casual Attire is required in all dining areas of the club. In choosing one’s attire, members are requested to use reasonable judgment to maintain the decorum of the Club.
• Throughout the clubhouse and grounds, men are required to wear collared shirts.  Men’s shirts must be tucked in at all times. Dress shirts designed to be untucked are permitted in the Clubhouse.
• Denim – which includes blue and other colored jeans, dungarees, denim shorts, skirts, or jackets – is not permitted throughout the Clubhouse or anywhere on Club grounds. White denim is allowed. Attire that is torn, frayed, mottled, or cut off is not permitted.
• Golf and other hats, hooded sweatshirts/hoodies, bandanas and visors are not appropriate attire to be worn in the clubhouse.  Baseball type caps, hats, bandanas and visors are not appropriate attire. 
• Woodland Golf Club is a soft spike only course. Our Pro Shop will change player’s metal spikes to soft spikes for a fee. Street shoes are not permitted on the golf course.
• Guests must abide by the same dress code as members.
