Presenter(s)Christopher Suh, PartnerThe Wagner Law Group Christopher H. Suh is a Partner of the Private Client Group of The Wagner Law Group in Boston. He has more than two decades of experience, specializing in sophisticated trusts and estate planning, transfer tax issues, estate administration, prenuptial agreements, business succession planning for individuals and closely-held businesses, charitable giving, trust reformations, asset protection, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as probate litigation. Chris was awarded the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC). He is the former President of the Greater Boston Fiduciary American Inn of Court and is active in various networking and professional groups such as the Boston Estate Planning Council and USA 500. He is frequently appointed by the Probate & Family Court to serve as a fiduciary and guardian ad litem in various probate matters. Chris has lectured for and has co-authored a number of chapters in books published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). He has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by Boston Magazine (2021 – 2024). He is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Southern California Law School (JD/MBT).
Molly Soiffer, Partner Bove Langa Witherell & Soiffer Molly helps people plan for the future. She structures her representation around her clients’ needs and goals, whether the concern is tax planning, care of beloved family pet, philanthropy, the prospect of family disharmony, or protecting future generations. Molly focuses addressing and incorporating her client’s unique concerns into the planning process. Not only is she deeply committed to the needs of her clients during the estate planning process, Molly also advises and assists families during the administration of an estate after the death of a loved one, often breaking down complicated legal and tax concepts for her clients, Molly is regularly trusted by her clients to serve as trustee and personal representative in their plans.
In addition to her private practice work, Molly is very active in the Boston area trusts and estate community. She regularly lectures to other lawyers for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Educations and for Social Law Library and contributes articles to national journals regularly. She also lectures on ethics (focused on tax attorneys) at the Boston University Law School LL.M Program. One particular area of interest for Molly is the effect of the Massachusetts estate tax on the non-resident who has Massachusetts property and she has done extensive lecturing and writing on this issue.

Certificates of CompletionApproved (December 23, 2024) BEPC issues certificates of completion for educational events. The certificates list the number of CPE credit hours or CE credits awarded for the event. Attendees are encouraged to use the certificate to provide proof to the certifying body for their certifications, designations, licensure, etc. For example, an attendee with AEP designation could use the certificate for the continuing education requirements set by NAEPC. BEPC's educational events may meet the requirements of Rule 15D under the Massachusetts Establishment and Administration of Mandatory Professional Education for the Practice of Public Accountancy. BEPC is also a CE Sponsor through the CFP Board. BEPC applies for CE credit approval through the CFP Board for our educational events. The certificate of completion provided will state if the seminar was approved by the CFP Board for CE credit.
