Venue Parking

Onsite Parking: Choose from either valet with in/out privileges at $70.00 per day or park at the Prudential Center Garage at a discounted rate of $16.00 if you enter after 5:00 pm (pricing subject to change).

Offsite Parking: Hynes Auditorium Garage (0.1 miles)

IMPORTANT: The Sheraton Boston Hotel may be accessed through two different entrances.

If arriving at the Sheraton Boston Hotel via the lobby, you will take the escalators up to the second floor. Please proceed to the registration desk in the Grand Ballroom Pre-function area at the top of the escalators to pick up your name badge.

If you arrive to the Sheraton Boston Hotel via the Prudential Center, you are on the second floor and should walk to the end of the hallway, turn left through the elevator bay, and you will then arrive at the Grand Ballroom Pre-function area to check in at the registration desk.

BEPC encourages guests to utilize Uber or Lyft to attend this year's event.
